Welcome to Doitpay, a service provided by PT Indoraya Sehati Remittance ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    2. By accessing or using Doitpay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

  2. Eligibility

    3. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using Doitpay, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

    4. Doitpay is a payment aggregator service that allows merchants and users to process and manage online transactions. We facilitate payments through various channels, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.

  4. User Accounts

    5. To access certain features of Doitpay, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  5. Fees and Charges

    6. By using Doitpay, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for the services provided. Fees are clearly outlined in the service agreement and may include transaction fees, setup fees, and other related charges. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to you.

  6. Payment Processing

    7. When using Doitpay to process payments, you authorize us to act as your agent to receive, hold, and disburse funds on your behalf. All transactions are subject to the terms of our agreements with payment service providers. We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted service of payment processing.

  7. Prohibited Activities

    8. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

    • Illegal Activities: Using Doitpay for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
    • Fraudulent Transactions: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to using stolen payment information or initiating chargebacks without cause.
    • Abusive Behavior: Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, including transmitting viruses, spam, or other harmful code.
  8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Indoraya Sehati Remittance and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Doitpay, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

  9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Indoraya Sehati Remittance and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Doitpay.

  10. Termination

    11. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Doitpay at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Doitpay will immediately cease.

  11. Governing Law

    12. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

  12. Changes to Terms

    13. We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of Doitpay after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
